Yes, we have many other selections in our music library. Ask us!
  8. If we are looking for a song you don’t have on your list, can it be included in our ceremony?
Absolutely. Ask and we’ll try our best to arrange your favorite music for string quartet, if it is suitable. Give us “lead time” of about 2 months to do this.

Absolutely! We often play for a ceremony and through the cocktail hour until it is time for dinner. We can definitely play through the dinner hour, too!
  10. How soon do we need to contract with The Sunland Strings to be assured of your availability?
You should hire your musicians as soon as you know the location, date, and time frame of your ceremony. March, April, October and November are popular months, so please book early!
  11. What if we want more musicians?
We can provide you with more string players, vocalists, and wind players, too! Just ask! However, if you’re looking for DJs or Bands, please see our preferred vendor list.
  12. How do I select music for my wedding ceremony?
A sampler of standard ceremony music is available on this site to help you recognize and choose those selections you want under the various categories for ceremony. Most brides find this is all they need to plan the music for their entire ceremony. Click on and complete the Ceremony Music Form. We’ll have everything we need to know to make your processionals and ceremony music move smoothly. We are always available by phone if you have any questions!
  13. Why don’t you come to our wedding rehearsal?
We are a time sensitive vendor and if we were to come to your rehearsal, it would cost the same as playing your ceremony. We’re so experienced that once you have sent over your Ceremony Music Form, we show up early enough on your wedding day and talk to your coordinator or officiant to get last minute details and cues that will make the music move smoothly for your ceremony.
  14. Besides weddings, what other type events do you provide music for?
The Sunland Strings is also available for cocktail hours, home gatherings and parties, dinners, corporate events and receptions, open houses, pool parties, holiday events, fund raisers, and memorial services.
